Summary
This study is testing a combination therapy for people who have trouble with memory and thinking after a stroke. It combines electroacupuncture (needles with a mild electrical current) with non-invasive brain stimulation. The goal is to see if this approach can improve cognitive function and daily life for the 340 participants. Researchers will use tests, brain scans, and surveys to measure changes in thinking, mood, sleep, and independence.
