Can tiny workouts save drivers from the dangers of sitting all day?
NCT ID NCT06880211
Summary
This study tested whether short, simple exercises called 'activity snippets' could help bus and tram drivers sit less and move more during their workday. Seventy drivers were randomly assigned to either try these snippets for 16 weeks or just receive standard activity advice. Researchers measured their movement, strength, and stress to see if the snippets made a real difference in their health and work life.
