NCT ID NCT06880211

First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looked at whether short 'activity snippets' could help bus and tram drivers move more during their workday. 70 drivers from a German transit company wore activity trackers to measure their movement. The goal was to see if these mini-breaks reduce long periods of sitting and increase physical activity compared to just giving general advice.
