Summary
This study tested whether a 14-week activity program could help older adults stay active and improve their quality of life. Fifty-six older adults participated, with half joining the program while the other half continued their normal routines. Researchers measured participants' ability to perform daily tasks, physical fitness, and overall well-being to see if the program made a difference.
