Can a 14-Week activity plan boost Seniors' health and happiness?
NCT ID NCT07251855
Summary
This study tested whether a 14-week program of structured activities could help older adults stay active and improve their quality of life. Fifty-six older adults from community centers participated, with half trying the new program while the other half continued their normal routines. Researchers measured participants' ability to perform daily tasks, physical fitness, and overall well-being at the start, middle, and end of the study to see if the program made a difference.
