Summary

This study compares a connective tissue graft called ActiveMatrix to standard care in 72 people having arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. The goal is to see if the graft improves tendon healing and shoulder function. Participants must have a full-thickness tear in 1-2 tendons that can be repaired.
