Summary
This study looked at 74 athletes with tight hamstrings to see which manual therapy works better: Active Release Therapy or Positional Release Therapy. Both groups also got standard physiotherapy like heat and stretching. The goal was to find out which approach improves pain, flexibility, and function more after four weeks of treatment.
