NCT ID NCT06493006
Summary
This study aims to understand how walking, biking, or using active transport to work compares to driving or taking transit in terms of physical and mental health. Researchers will track 500 university employees and students in Hannover, Germany, using wearable devices to measure things like heart rate, blood pressure, and activity levels during their commute. The goal is to gather evidence on whether promoting active commuting could be a simple way to improve public health.
