This early-stage study tests a radioactive drug called 225Ac-PSMA-617 in men with PSMA-positive prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can help control the cancer, even in men who have already received a similar treatment. About 101 men from multiple countries are taking part.
