First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of two drugs for people whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has returned after initial treatment. The first drug, Actimab-A, uses a radioactive particle attached to an antibody to seek out and destroy cancer cells. The second drug, cemiplimab, helps the body's immune system fight the tumor. The study will enroll about 30 adults to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
