NCT ID NCT06462391

First seen Jan 05, 2026

Summary

This study is testing a virtual group therapy called ACT-PM for people with severe premenstrual mood symptoms, such as PMDD or premenstrual worsening of depression or bipolar disorder. The goal is to see if the program is practical and acceptable to participants and therapists. If successful, it could lead to a larger study to determine if the therapy actually improves symptoms and quality of life.
