Summary
This study aims to create a therapy program called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for fathers of children with special needs in Hong Kong. The program is designed to help these fathers cope with stress and improve their mental health by building psychological flexibility. Researchers will interview 20 participants, including fathers and social workers, to understand their experiences and needs. The findings will be used to design a protocol that can later be tested in a larger study.
