Summary
This study tests a program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for young adults aged 18-30 who struggle with social media addiction. The goal is to see if the program can improve their self-esteem and how they solve problems with others. About 74 participants will take part, and the study measures changes using standard questionnaires.
