Summary

This study tests a new psychoeducation program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for young adults aged 18-30 who struggle with social media addiction. The goal is to see if the program can boost self-esteem and improve interpersonal problem-solving skills. Researchers will enroll 74 participants and measure changes using standard questionnaires.
