Summary

This study aims to see which of two existing medications, Acotiamide or Itopride, works better and is safer for people with a specific type of chronic stomach upset that happens after eating. It will involve 152 adults who experience symptoms like early fullness, bloating, and discomfort after meals. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and quality of life over 8 weeks to determine which treatment provides more relief.
