Summary
This study looks at how quickly Acoltremon 0.003% eye drops can relieve symptoms like burning, irritation, and blurry vision in people with moderate-to-severe dry eye disease. About 50 adults who have used artificial tears will track their symptoms for 28 days. The goal is to see if this treatment offers fast, short-term comfort.
