New acne cream enters final testing phase

Summary
This study aims to see if a new cream called 1% clascoterone is effective and safe for treating moderate to severe acne. About 692 participants aged 12 and older will apply the cream or a placebo to their face twice a day for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in acne severity and count of pimples and blackheads.
