Summary
This early-stage study tested a new topical cream (PF-07905428) for acne in 52 healthy volunteers and people with moderate to severe acne. The main goal was to check safety and how the body processes the drug. Participants applied the cream daily for 2 to 4 weeks and were monitored for side effects. Results will help decide if further testing is warranted.
