Summary
This study tests a new cream called KR230109 in 180 people aged 18 to 40 with mild to moderate acne. Half will get the cream, half a placebo, and researchers will check if it reduces pimples and blackheads over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the cream is safe and works better than no treatment.
