Ear pressure points tested to boost acne gel power
NCT ID NCT07348978
Summary
This study tested if adding a traditional ear acupressure technique to a standard acne gel (0.1% adapalene) works better than the gel alone. It involved 64 adults aged 18-35 with mild to moderate acne. Researchers measured changes in acne severity, number of pimples, and quality of life over 4 weeks.
