Face-Off: which acne scar treatment works best?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common cosmetic treatments works better for improving the appearance of acne scars. Researchers will compare a fractional CO2 laser treatment against a procedure that combines platelet-rich plasma injections with microneedling. The study will involve 116 adults with moderate to severe acne scars, with each participant receiving one treatment on one side of their face and the other treatment on the opposite side to directly compare results.
