New injectable treatment tested for smoothing acne scars

Summary
This study is testing whether an injectable gel called Juläine can safely improve the appearance of facial acne scars. 55 adults with moderate to severe scars will receive either Juläine or a placebo saline injection in three sessions over two months. Researchers will track changes in scar appearance and skin quality over a full year to see if the treatment works.
