Summary
This study tests a cream made from a friendly bacteria (Lactobacillus reuteri) that has a special coating to help it survive on the skin. The goal is to see if it can reduce acne by restoring the skin's healthy bacteria balance. About 196 people with mild to moderate acne will use the cream for 2 weeks and be followed for 8 weeks. The cream is compared to a plain probiotic cream, a moisturizer, and a standard acne treatment.
