NCT ID NCT07043569

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests if adding blood flow restriction (BFR) training to standard rehab helps people regain muscle strength and size after ACL reconstruction. BFR uses a cuff to lightly restrict blood flow while doing low-weight exercises, which may boost muscle gains. The trial will enroll 30 adults who have had ACL surgery and are starting outpatient rehab.
