Brain and body workout tested for knee surgery recovery

NCT ID NCT06845150

Summary

This study tested two training approaches for people recovering from ACL knee surgery. It compared doing physical and mental exercises at the same time (dual-task) versus doing them separately (single-task) over 10 weeks. The goal was to see which method better improves thinking skills, movement patterns, and motivation during rehabilitation. The study was terminated early with only 2 participants enrolled.
