Summary
This study aims to understand when amateur athletes can safely return to sports after ACL knee reconstruction surgery. Researchers will follow 230 young athletes for up to two years, tracking their recovery using a set of specific physical tests like jumps and strength measurements. The goal is to find objective ways to tell if an athlete is truly ready to play again, which could help prevent re-injury.
