Summary

This study follows 230 amateur athletes aged 18-30 who had ACL surgery to see when they can safely return to their sport. Researchers will use a set of physical tests, including jumps and strength measurements, to find objective signs that the knee is ready. The goal is to help athletes avoid re-injury by returning too early.
