Summary

This study aims to understand when amateur athletes can safely return to sports after ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers will follow 230 athletes aged 18-30 for several months after their surgery, tracking their recovery using specific physical tests. The goal is to gather objective data about recovery timelines to help future athletes and doctors make better decisions about returning to sports.
