First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at 58 people who had ACL knee surgery using either a peroneus longus tendon or a hamstring tendon as a graft. Researchers use MRI and CT scans one year after surgery to see how well the graft heals and how it affects the bone tunnels. The goal is to find out if one type of tendon leads to better healing and knee stability.
