Tracking little lives: major study follows children with dwarfism for 5+ years
NCT ID NCT06168201
Summary
This study aims to understand how children with achondroplasia grow and develop over time, particularly those taking the medication VOXZOGO™. Researchers will follow 170 participants (mostly children under 14) for at least 5 years by collecting their medical records and asking families to complete regular questionnaires. The goal is to gather real-world information about growth patterns, health outcomes, and treatment experiences to improve future care.
