Military study tests Quick-Fix rehab for achilles pain
NCT ID NCT06736795
Summary
This study is testing whether a simpler, single-visit telehealth exercise program works as well as the standard multi-visit program for treating Achilles tendon pain. It aims to help military personnel and others get effective care more easily, especially when access to healthcare is limited. Researchers will follow 160 participants for a year to see which approach better reduces pain and disability.
