Summary

This early study tests a new, minimally invasive procedure to treat chronic Achilles tendon pain in adults aged 25 to 80 who have not found relief from other treatments. Doctors will inject a temporary blocking agent into specific blood vessels near the tendon to reduce pain. The study will follow 10 participants for one year to see if the procedure safely lowers pain levels.
