Summary

This study looks at whether different types of exercise (like aerobic or isometric) and timing (morning vs. evening) can safely lower blood pressure in people with glaucoma and high blood pressure. Researchers will measure blood pressure over 24 hours after each exercise session. The goal is to find the safest and most effective exercise approach for this group.
