Summary
This study tested whether a daily powder made from acerola cherries could improve skin appearance in women regularly exposed to air pollution and blue light from screens. Over 84 days, researchers measured changes in skin radiance, firmness, and barrier function in 108 healthy Chinese women. The goal was to see if this dietary supplement could help protect skin from environmental damage.
