First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether using two custom 3D-printed titanium plates is as accurate as using four plates for jaw surgery. Ten patients with jaw misalignment will be randomly assigned to receive either two or four plates. The goal is to see if using fewer plates can reduce hardware while still achieving the planned surgical result.
