First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether a natural nasal spray (Puressentiel) can reduce symptoms of dust mite allergies. Twenty adults with dust mite allergic rhinitis will receive either the spray or a placebo before a nasal allergen challenge. Researchers will measure symptom scores and nasal airflow to see if the spray offers relief. The goal is to provide a non-drug option for managing mild allergy symptoms.
