New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing a drug called acalabrutinib, both by itself and combined with other cancer drugs, for adults whose B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. The main goals are to check the safety of these drug combinations and to see how well they work at shrinking the cancer. It is for people who have already tried at least one other treatment for their specific type of lymphoma.
