NCT ID NCT04546620

First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding the drug acalabrutinib to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) helps people with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). About 450 adults with untreated DLBCL will receive one round of standard chemo, then two-thirds will also take acalabrutinib pills for five more cycles. The main goal is to see if the combination delays the cancer from coming back or getting worse.
