Summary
This study aimed to understand if work-related stress and burnout are connected to muscle and joint pain in university teachers. Researchers surveyed 99 academic staff to measure their pain levels, stress, burnout, and work-life balance. The goal was to gather knowledge about these links, not to test a treatment.
