First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at 233 sports science students in Indonesia to see if having more self-efficacy (believing you can handle challenges) is linked to less academic burnout. Students filled out questionnaires about their self-belief and burnout levels. The goal was to understand if higher self-efficacy could lower the chance of moderate burnout.
