One-Shot ear injection could beat pills for sudden deafness

Summary
This study tests a single injection of AC102 into the ear compared to standard steroid pills for people with sudden hearing loss in one ear. About 210 adults aged 18-85 will take part. The main goal is to see if the injection improves hearing more than steroids after 28 days.
