Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques (single tunnel vs double tunnel) for repairing a separated shoulder (acromioclavicular joint dislocation). About 74 adults aged 18-45 with recent, severe injuries will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The goal is to see which method leads to better shoulder function and healing.
