Summary

This study aimed to observe how well the prescription pill abrocitinib works and how safe it is for adults with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) in real-world German clinics. It followed 112 patients who were already starting this medication as part of their normal care for up to a year. The goal was to collect information on skin improvement, itch relief, and quality of life to better understand the drug's performance outside of controlled trials.
