Summary
This study is tracking 183 adults with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) who take abrocitinib pills daily for up to 24 months. Researchers want to see how well the drug clears or nearly clears the skin in real-life conditions, not just in a lab. Participants can also use medicated creams. The goal is to understand the drug's safety and effectiveness outside of strict clinical trials.
