New drug combo aims to outsmart resistant ovarian cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs, abemaciclib and olaparib, in people with ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 42 participants will be enrolled to see if this drug pair can better control the cancer.
