Summary

This study tests a drug called abemaciclib for people with NF1 who have nerve tumors (atypical neurofibromas) that can't be removed by surgery. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink or control the tumors. Participants take the drug twice daily for up to 2 years, with regular scans and check-ups.
