Summary
This study tests the drug abemaciclib in people aged 12 and older with NF1 who have atypical neurofibromas that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink or stabilize these nerve tumors. Participants take the drug twice daily for up to 2 years, with regular scans and check-ups to monitor effects.
