Summary

This study is testing a new drug called AB8939 for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug helps control the cancer. It's for patients who have already tried one or two other treatments and are not eligible for a standard bone marrow transplant.
