Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of a new four-drug combination for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. The treatment mixes a new drug (AB680) with an immunotherapy drug and two standard chemotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see how well patients tolerate the combination and to check for any side effects.
