Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called AB001, which delivers a powerful type of radiation directly to prostate cancer cells. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors in men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. About 80 men will take part, including some who have already tried a similar treatment.
