Summary

This study tests a new program to help sedentary adults aged 65 and older with mild depressive symptoms become more physically active. The program teaches simple ways to overcome common mental shortcuts that make staying inactive easier. Sixty-six participants will be split into two groups: one learns the new approach, the other receives standard health advice. The goal is to see which method better boosts daily activity and well-being.
