NCT ID NCT07485348
First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week integrated neuromuscular training program can help male volleyball players improve how they jump and land, which may lower their risk of leg injuries. About 38 active players will take part, doing exercises that build strength, balance, and coordination. The goal is to see if the training leads to better body measurements, safer landing mechanics, and higher jumps.
